Digital Non-Destructive Coating Thickness Gauge for Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Substrates
|
Detailed Description
Coating thickness gauges are used for the measurement of coatings on all metal surfaces. Digital coating gauges are more accurate, more repeatable and more reproducible than any other coating thickness gauges available on the market today.
Based on it's versatility and ease of use, we've chosen to carry the Elcometer 415 thickness gauge in our line of coatings testing instruments. This low cost gauge provides a simple, accurate and reliable way to measure coatings on smooth ferrous (steel) and non-ferrous (aluminium) substrates. Thanks to it's intuitive menu, you can use this gauge straight out of the box.
Note: If you intend to use your thickness gauge to test the thickness of coatings on uneven (e.g. blasted) surfaces, please consider the Elcometer 456 listed in the related products below.
- Fast and accurate reading rate:
- Greater than 60 readings per minute.
- Large, easy to read display:
- The angled, 'enlarged' display is ideal for viewing from all angles.
