For Sale here is an SPI Sputter Coater and SPI Sputter Black Carbon Coater Combination with accessories. Both are used but in fine working order.

The Gold target for use with the Sputter Coater is included in this sale. Although it has been used, it still has life left. The acrylic chamber is included as well as additional o-rings and other miscellaneous parts.

The SPI Sputter Black Carbon Coater module also includes the Carbon coating head and acrylic chamber. We will also include several meters of carbon filament. Images of the module can be found below:

Note that the Carbon Coater cannot be used on it's own; it must be used in conjunction with the Sputter coater. A printed instruction manual will accompany the Carbon Coater module.

No vacuum pump will accompany this sale; you will need to provide your own in order to use the system.
